Clorophilla is a new approach to mountain bike movies, created by six friends that shared and exploited their resources and skills to make a video. This meant is wasn’t the movie that got the crew together... it was the crew that got the movie together, and it shows.
In this movie there are no professional riders, no professional film-makers and no sponsors, for this movie the team did everything on their own, like constructing their own cable-cam system, cranes & dollies and renting a small 2 seater chopper to achieve the aerial shots.
You’ll notice a kind of home made sense tailored into a professional cut.
Clorophilla’s soundtrack is also unusual, intending to communicate something, to give the viewer a message.
The result of all this is a fresh and innovative film in which the values of freedom, friendship and unity are captured in a magnificent environment that sees mother nature taking the leading role.
