Choose your crank length: 170mm, 175mm, gear ratio: 26-39, 28-42, and Q factor: 156mm, 166mm
Coming in at 694 grams (BB30), the XX Crank delivers amazing performance and durability with no penalties in weight. The first MTB crank specifically designed for 2X10 uses some of the world’s most advanced material science. The oversized chainrings are CNC machined from 6mm 7075 aluminium blanks and are 2mm thicker than the competition. Unparalleled stiffness is delivered by an increased Bolt Circle Diameter (BCD) and a two-piece insert-molded carbon composite construction.
The XX Crank geometry provides a narrow 156mm or 166mm Q factor, efficient chainline and beveled crank arms to maximize clearance. It’s pure science in action.

- X-Glide Technology
- Bottom Bracket (not included)
- Works with XX components only (derailleurs, etc.)
- Recommended chain SRAM PC1090 or PC1090R
X-Glide Technology:
X-Glide is the common denominator that gives XX its unmatched shifting performance. With X-Glide, all four upshift locations are identical and can be picked up by any outer link. The result? Up and down shift locations have perfect timing, for an almost instant shift—even under load!
Note: SRAM XX will work on on any bike that would otherwise use X.0, X.9, XTR, XT, etc. The only difference, XX needs to be used as a group; shifters, rear derailleur, crankset, cassette, front derailleur and 10 speed chain(1090, 1070). The disc brakes can be used on their own or in conjunction with the group.
