The ultimate in puncture protection, Tioga have designed the City Slicker to withstand the hazards of day to day city riding. The City Slicker uses Armor Ply, a heavy-duty nylon layer, to provide bead to bead protection against sidewall cuts and pinch flats. Taking care of the tread itself is the Armor Anti-Puncture Insert - a kevlar strip inserted under the tread to provide ultimate protection against tread punctures.
