This rack is the ultimate in convenience and travel comfort, just fit it to your roof racks, clamp and strap your bike in and forget about it. You can still access the boot with your bike out of the way on the roof (unlike towball-mounted racks), and should the worst happen and you get rear-ended by another car, your bikes won’t be the first point of contact like they would while mounted on a towball rack. The frame clamp is lockable so you can leave your pride and joy in the carpark in the peace of mind it’s secure.
