Got the machine out for the second time to clean the chain and found it in bits. Thought it may have been dropped or something, but from reading these reviews can see that I am not the only one to find out that they should be selling this particular item in the bag of crap sale. Otherwise have never had a problem with the many things I have purchased from Torpedo 7.

Got prob 5-6 cleans in, then broke. Worked well while functional and can't complain too much 4 the price. Degreaser worked well.

Cleaned two chains with supplied cleaner.
Got it out to use again and found it cracked all over.
Very bad value for money for a single-use item.

I stupidly purchased this kit after reading all of the bad reviews only to find out they are all correct. I used it twice and rinsed it thoroughly with water before storage and the 3rd time I went to use it the plastic was cracked and it disintegrated in my hand. Do yourself a favour don't take the risk they should not still be selling this item with this many bad reviews very disappointed.

Used the cleaner on three occasions only, cracked, broken pieces and of course leaked........a new cleaner would be nice, but not this one.
All other purchases I have made have been excellent.

Sorry to say that because most of the products you sell here are great, but the blue plastic container is of really bad quality. Mine fell apart after about 3 months and 5 times of use. First it had a few cracks and when I used it the next time it came apart into 5 pieces and is now unusable.

Works on single speed chains  HamishCarpenter, MELBOURNE
I got this as part of a cleaning bucket.

The chain cleaner can work on singlespeed chains if you hold the bike to the chain is horizontal.

Marking as 3 stars as my chain cleaner has a small crack in it after only a few uses. I guess they are as fragile as reviews for other chain cleaners point out.

This chain cleaner works really well. Twice. Unfortunately the plastic is degraded by the supplied deagreaser. I used mine twice, thoroughly rinsed and dried after each use. When I went to use it a third time the plastic was cracked, and it shattered when I ran the chain through it. Will be seeking a refund.

Very satisfied with the ease of use of the cleaning device and the effectiveness of the cleaning fluid. Job done in just a few minutes on my road bike and the "commuter" which in particular was very grubby.
