Cheap parts, but overall they do the job great!
The cassette remover is 100% useless, can't even work as a paper weight.
My chain breaker broke after a dozen uses, but still works, the punch has just come loose and I need to re-fix it every time.
As long as the wrenches are used carefully they won't round off, so value for money! On special this set is cheap!
Saves $$$ with diy.

Well, I have used the tools a couple of times and they work well, of course you need to be gentle with them. The only tool that may complete this set is a professional cutter or a smaller lock ring for the cassette.
Overall, I'm satisfied and happy with my box set :D

Having read all the reviews saying the quality of the kit is pretty low and the tools break, I generally treat these tools very gently, and as a result they have been fine. They have already saved me bulk coin by doing my own servicing jobs, plus I can get the bike running just how I like it rather than having to rely on the bike shop. The only thing that the kit needs is a 10mm allen key and an adapter for the crank puller to remove octalink cranks, other than that I think it represents very good value for money for the home mechanic, provided you handle the tools with a bit of care when attacking your bike.

I read the reviews on this one and was a little doubtful on the quality of the tools. Ordered the kit while it was on sale and it arrived within the promised timeframe. Used the tools today rebuilding/replacing a BMX bottom bracket and all tools performed better than expected. No bent tools or burred edges, and the job is done for the price of parts. Saved money twice! Too easy!

This is a pretty middle of the road kit. Pretty happy with it mostly. The chainbreaker broke the first time I used it, as others said. Pity as its one of those tools I bought the kit for. But for the most part it seems to work pretty well and have most of the things that you need. Would have been nice to have a chainchecker rather than tire levers, as like most people, I already have them.

Excellent value for money. The tools already have saved me $$$ in servicing at the local bike shop. The quality is not the highest, but it is reasonable given the price.

Overall the tool kit has just about all you'll need for some minor home workings on your bike. But the quality of some of the tools is questionable. A lot of people have mentioned the chain breaker, but also the pedal tool isn't really up to it. I went to remove mine, and while they may have been on tight, the tool itself gave way first and buckled. But for the money, it's pretty good.

I was initially hesitant in purchasing such a big kit, with so many tools I thought it was a bit overkill and a waste of money. How wrong I was. It has allowed me to dismantle my own bike (several times over) and at the same time taught me skills on how certain parts work. Everything you need to get the job done. No issues with the chain breaker here, it has been used about a dozen times and it's still going strong!

Buy this model as it has everything you will need for MTB maintenance and overhauls. The next model up has stuff that is redundant. The quality is 'reasonable', but definitely not commercial grade. You will need a cable cutter, and the wrench for the rear cassette socket is average at best....still, highly recommended.

I bought this tool set a month or so ago and it's been a great help. With it I've managed to replace my chain and cassette, overhaul my hubs and fix a creaking bottom bracket. The chain breaker worked perfectly on my old and new chain and I haven't had any trouble with the other tools. I wish it came with a grease gun, though. ;-)

Great value for money, and the quality is good enough for home use and has already saved me heaps of hassles by servicing my bike myself.

Chain breaker seemed to work well on my DURA-ACE 10speed chain, pedal remover saved me lots of pain and the bottom bracket tool has helped to get rid of that annoying creaking. So far so good!

Delivered in 3 days around christmas time.... very happy..

The Chain Breaker did not break, The back-up support gives aduquate support to the link. The Crank Arm Extractor works a treat! The other riders at Dunc Gray keep asking to borrow the tools. The quality level of the components os more than acceptable for the price. One let down is that the Spoke Tool is useless as the gauge gap in the tool is too large and bears no relation to the nipple A/F for the spoke gauge.
