Does the trick
JacobMarx, Addington Great for the price, Zipper isn't greatest but Torpedo7 is always good about returns. I'm a Medium in all my cycle stuff and Medium in this vest fits perfectly so avoid the below comments if you are in the smaller size bracket.

Size Confusion
TimM, Canberra I measure up for the Small and it was a snug fit but I could not zip it up my neck. I exchanged it for Medium and this still fits tightly around the neck but it is at least 80mm too long in the front when on the bike (have to fold it up and under), is too big around the arms and I am just not comfortable in it. I don't know how the size guide (in the description) size chart link are even similar!

SamButler, Sydney excellent vest, very happy with it. I'm 171cms, 78kgs with a 103cm chest and after reading other reviews ordered a large which fits very well. very pleased with this purchase.

AlistairDickinson, PERTH Great fit. Totally blocks out the cold. If you get too warm the mesh back works very well to flush the heat out when you zip down half way. I just bought another one :)

PeterVierod, Sydney Thanks to the two previous reviews I bought a size bigger than usual (XXL instead of XL) and it's perfect. I'm 5 foot eleven, weigh 90 kgs and usually take a 44 chest size. Really nice product at a fantastic sale price.

Sizing?
MichaelK, Canberra I have the other, thicker Route 7 vest. I assumed that the sizes would be similar thick vs thin vest - how wrong I was!
I have the XXL in the thicker vest and it fits great with a bit of room to move. The XXL in these (I bought both black and white) - I struggle to get the zipper up.
A bit of consistency on sizing would be great...

Sizes on the small side
ChristopherJahja, SYDNEY Sizes are on the small side.
I have a 97 chest, XS is too tight. I tried to base my measurements on the Route 7 Vest sizes.. Who would've thought they'd be different.
