Useful, but not as a windbreaker
atomsmasher, Wellington CBD
Useful, but not as a windbreaker. It's really a full-zip jersey.
I was expecting a stiffer woven material, but this is more like a stretchy knit. I'm 180cm tall and 72Kg. The MED is a great fit and stretchy enough that I can add a bit of bulky layering under it. Arms and back are long, as they should be for bicycling.
Very bright under natural light!!! Reflective spots on the arm should make hand-signals more visible at night, at least to cars behind you IF your hand is rotated the right way.
No pockets except for the three on the lower back. The zipper does not inspire confidence; it will have to be handled gently.

Very Visible!
GregHormann, Mornington -Dunedin
Very bright yellow - feel very safe on the roads with this top. It fits great too, Even tho the size chart said M would fit me, I went to a L and glad I did as I have long arms. No probs with the zip (yet) - seems OK after several uses. Very good value on special, and I like the wind proof front...thanks T7 :-)

Awesome
MikeD, Caulfield South
I just want to add another 5-star review - same as what everybody else said, these tops are great value, and absolutely unbeatable when on special. Windbreaker really does work and has kept me warm on fast descents. And Hi-Vis really is Hi-Vis - walking into a dimly-lit room turns it yellow-green! Only thing to look out for would be the sleeve width, I have found them to be just a bit narrow on my forearms when worn over a DSend baselayer, and I normally wear S.

Top Value Top
imakkaof, Tauranga
The hi-vis works well - usually enough to make dozey tin-tops notice! Sizing fine using chest measurements. Windbreaking front welcome on those autumn mornings. Zip appears flimsy but mine is still OK after over 6 months of use most days. Top value, especially on special. Recommended.

Great Value
Evan., ChCh
Great value hi vis top at special price I got it for the windbreaker feature - brilliant! Zip is cheap and also not windproof, my only real complaint.
Sizing chart is a bit off, I'm 189cm tall and 78kgs, should be a small by the chest and waist measurements on the chart but got a medium because of my height. Its snug as - no problem but a little short at the back and rides up a bit, sleeve length is brilliant, not very often a l/s cycle top covers my wrists while cycling.

R7 Hi Viz Windbreak cycle jersey
SimonOrr, Nelson
Great apart from zip quality. I suggest never unzipping fully ie; take zip three-quarters down and putting on and taking off over head. This should lengthen it's useful life. Otherwise great to wear and HI viz. Windbreak factor on front is great.

This does the job very well. I used my chest measurement to choose my size and it fits well. No complaints.

Great Jersey
JamesMollison, Te Puna -Tauranga
Great price - REALLY loud which keeps the tin lids with any brains away - sadly there are too few with brains!! Only negative is a poor zip but otherwise a great buy on special.

Excellent Value
JamieEmmart, Manukau Heights
Great top. Very light material but kept me snug on the first chilly Autumn mornings riding to work.
The sizing chart seems a bit conservative. I got an XL and think I should have gotten an L. Still fits well.

A well made garment that fits snug (as per sizing chart) and is very easy to see! Great for morning and evening rides in the Wakatipu.

Not kidding when they say it is Hi Vis
TrentDriver, Stanmore
For the price, a good garment. Heavier weight fabric that isn't hot day stuff, but on a cool day or a night ride it is great on its own. I have to confess I feel a bit like a Pine-Lime Splice on a bike when I wear it - it is not a garment for those that like subtlety in their riding attire, and the reflective strips work well on top of its innate brightness. But, if it keeps the tin-tops away from me I'm all for it.
