How to measure: Measure biggest part of thigh (you are going to want to pull your warmers right up there). Then measure the calf below knee (slim bit between knee and smoothly sculpted calf muscle or what have you.) 

Please note: The measurements on the chart are the warmers relaxed(lower number) / fully-stretched to comfortble limits (higher number). Try to  find a size that straddles your measurements the best.
