Serious design flaws
Lorant S, Melbourne
The reviews by Mark McIntosh, Tyrone Ko and Richard D are spot on. The straps on the side don't provide enough adjustment and bunch up, and there isn't enough stretch in the waistband. I bought a medium pair but they were too loose to stay up, so I exchanged them for a small pair and I can't even get them on.

No idea with the sizing!!!
Richard D, FLOREAT
I bought these shorts in a size Small, based on the reviews above. However, when I tried them on, Small was way too big... Couldn't even tighten them up enough using the velcro straps. So, I sent them back and asked for another pair (Extra Small). They just arrived and I can't get them past my thighs. This is ridiculous. So, now I pay for another post back or throw them out. I know they were on special, but hey - not good enough!!!

Watch those hips girls!!
Michaela Fiona POWELL, Harrison
Unfortunately, these shorts don't have enough room to get over a females hips, I'm a size 8 to 10, so I have no idea how they fit or ride as I have to have them altered first to get them on. They look great though and feel light so seem as if they'd be ideal for summer.

Some elastic or a drawstring would be useful...
Tyrone Ko, Thornbury
The shorts are great if you can get them on... The waistband has absolutely no give so if your legs, particularly in the thigh area, are bigger than your waist (which would be the case for many after a bit of cycling!) They are very hard to get on..... and off!
Other than that they wash well and are comfortable.

OK for the price but sizing is on the large side
Stephen Clayton, Melbourne
This is a lightweight pair of shorts of average quality but seem fine if bought at a good discount. I normally buy medium but the medium in these are way too big. I am slim so for a more muscular build they may be ok.

Some design issues
Mark McIntosh, Mayfield
Although these shorts have been reasonably comfortable on the 2 rides I have ridden in them, I feel there is some room for improvement. I think they need a stronger and shorter elastic in the back to take up some slack. I find there is very minimal stretch to get over the hips, but once over they need to be taken up. This is where the improved elastic would help. The second issue is the cinch straps. The plastic loop is wide and held on by a wide stiff nylon braided webbing, but the other half is made up of the same floppy material as the pants, so it bunches up pulling the buckle off centre which means you have to tighten it more. Make that out of the same nylon webbing or use wider velcro to stop the strap bunching and you are on a winner. I think I will get the straps modified to have more velcro so the straps don't flap in the breeze and use wider velcro to help prevent the loop from moving.

Careful with the sizing
Greg Hamer, Sydney
Great quality shorts, just be aware that the sizing is very large. I would suggest dropping a size to what you think you'd need.
Thanks.

Great Shorts
Ken Hoppe, Balwyn North
Forget your shy shorts, forget the others, these shorts are cool!!!!!! Stylish and comfortable, performace and practicality. Wear them in the bush or the city and stop off for a beer or coffee on the way home. Reach in to the large pockets for loose change or the zippered pockets on the lower leg for your more valuable items. Whilst the exterior looks good it's the interior that delivers. The chamois is very good quality absorbing the sweat but not bunching up under load. The flexible panel in the back covers yer arse and stretches with you. The velcro adjusters are well designed and will take in to accouny varying body shapes for a secure fit. I've worn them on 26 degree days and have found them to provide adequate ventilation.
Love em - you bet, I'll even put up with the Keewee logo - hey Bro.
