To measure chest - place tape around your body at the underarms, make sure it is over your shoulder blades.
To measure length - place tape at HSP (highest shoulder point), then down to the measurement shown in the table.
To measure length - place tape at CB (centre back neck), then down to the measurement shown in the table.
