Very easy to use and accurate. I use it for both road bikes and MTB. Whilst the 260 PSI range seems excessive, I don't find any problems reading the gauge for the lower pressures. The gauge always fits onto the valve easily without any excessive air leakage. This is a solid, well made product.

This gauge is no good for MTB pressures, full scale is 260 PSI so MTB pressures of around 30~35 are almost impossible to read. A shame as it works great appart from that. Keep it for your roadie.

Perfect gauge for road bikes, definitely would be too high of a range for most MTBs but that's not what I got it for anyway (could use a cheap car tyre pressure gauge for that).

Reads accurately (tested against other gauges) and a great tool for lowering pressure to a precise level using the release valve. Great price!!

I would recommend this to all, it's really cheap on sale, and is very accurate and lets you let some air out of the tyres via the silver button. A great gauge and a essential for mountain biking.

Finally - a reliable & accurate gauge for Presta values  MickCarthey, Glenmore Park, NSW
At last, a long and frustrating search for a quality pressure gauge for Presta values has come to an end.

Tried a number of other gauges with varied (disappointing) results - this is the first one that actually works, and does so accurately. If you're one that likes to drop the pressures at the trailhead, or need to get an accurate reading after a puncture, this gives you an accurate means of doing so that easily fits in the palm of your hand, occupying limited space in the backpack.

The dual head means it's immediately interchangeable between Presta and Schrader values without mucking around switching over any internal seals. Holds reading perfectly until the pressure release value is engaged.

The only mild annoyance I could find is the placement of the release value which is in the perfect position to get some leverage on the unit when using on a Presta value - but a slight adjustment of the placement of the fingers is enough to fix that.

At this price I didn't expect it to be real accurate gauge, but I figured it would be a good guide anyway - with the convenience of suiting both the presta valves on my roadie as well as the schraders on the MTB and kids bikes. But I checked it against my known accurate and expensive workshop gauge and found that it is spot on, even at the lower end of the scale! The pressure hold feature makes checking the tyres so easy it's rude.
