The Penn 15 Fathom Level Wind Reel can hold its own in boat fishing, jigging and deep sea fishing. The Fathom is all about improved castability with the Free Spool feature, a 4.3:1 gear ratio and the unique Level Wind system so you can feed and retrieve line more smoothly with no hassles. Optimum line weight limit for the Fathom Level Wind is 15lbs for 320 yards on monofilament and 30lbs at 440 yards on a braid line, but a full weight line limit guide is available below.
