The Sea Harvester Trolling Bungy is made so you can troll without a rod. Just tie the elastic bungy cord to the back railing of the boat and start trolling. When you hook a fish the bungy cord will stretch and then you begin the task of pulling in your catch. The hook is a 7/0 Southern and the Brass Head on the lure is interchangeable.
