Union Computer CraigGardiner, Auckland Very happy with delivery, always prompt. Good little unit, like other reviews its a little fiddly re the instructions, but once up and running its great, and at that price, whats a little extra time spend figuring it out.
Works - Mostly...... MarkLehmann, ADELAIDE Speed and cadence sensor work fine.
Display goes funny if unit gets wet and has to be reset - which is a pain.
Have had the unit replaced but - like others - the HR monitor has never worked properly. I would NOT recommend this product - except if you are on a very tight budget.
Does the job! JoeFraser, Nelson Accurate and easy to install, manuals not so bad once you figure out you have to hold the rear buttons for 2 seconds! Cheers Torpedo!
Great Computer StuartBonsey, Wingate I have had this unit for well over a year now and it has functioned pretty much perfectly every time.
You can't get any other HRM / Computer for such a good price and it is wireless too!
Heart rate monitor doesn't work for me either DavidZucaro, Ferndale This computer is a nice simple unit with big display. The cable to the unit is much thicker than typical units making it a lot more obvious.
Heart rate monitor just seemed to be reading random heart beats. Would go wildly high then extremely low. No use at all.
Cycle Computer MarkWalker, HAMPTON Easy to fit. Easy set up and operate. User manual difficult to understand and it doesn't explain what all the functions are (most are obvious but some less so to a layman like me).
Also it attaches securely on to the mount (which was a failing of my last one!)
Good for the Money DamienViero, COOMERA Took a little to set up but once that's done it works a treat. For the money, this is a great entry into HRM and Cycle Computer training. Can't set max heart rate - it's done by the formula 220 - your age....
Other than that, it's been great!
Don't do it! Damiansmith, Ashgrove Purchased this one because it was significantly cheaper than the polar CS100 when it was on sale, and had similar features.
The manual is useless, and the HR function doesn't work properly...
so just using the unit to check speed.
Will be replacing it with the CS100 ASAP.
