Awesome Tyres Ronen The Man!, Sydney
These Larsen's are great, awesome climbers and pretty light. It does however not have much lateral traction, so its really only good as a rear tyre. Have had no pinches with them and they roll awesome!
Since they're pretty cheap, I bought a few extra as spares as they are a good all-rounder.

Great tyre. Incorrect weight listed however. Adam Zielinski, Eight Mile Plains
This is a brilliant, low rolling resistance, high traction tyre. It's only weakness is it's traction quickly disappears in the wet and on gravel, as the small closely packed knobs clog with mud in the wet, and are too small and closely packed to allow the tyre to "bite" into the ground under gravel. Used on dry hard trails however it's great. I eventually decided to use it strictly as a rear tyre only, choosing a High Roller instead for the front... The Larsen is perfect at the back, but it was just too risky on the front in wet conditions.
Note the actual weight of this tyre is 750g, which is what the maxxis web site gives, not 670g as T7 shows.
