Perfect for my needs Stephen Coles, LONSDALE
I wanted a shoe I could walk in on my commute. Ride-train-ride
These have a good amount of flex for the purpose of walking and with SPD pedals and recessed cleat, you can walk on any surface without damage.
On the bike, the shoe does an OK job
wouldn't want to be climbing too much and pulling up because there's too much flex.
The warnings about width aren't a concern at all... I'm a 6 foot tall male with size 11 feet and I haven't noticed any issues in terms of width

Not bad for the price Brad Brown, Bassendean
Great shoe for a spin class and the flat sole is good for using as a general shoe around the gym as well. For that price you can't go wrong.
