Plenty of room for snack and spares, the net that comes out of the bottom pocket which is for your helmet also makes a nice place to put wet clothes whilst riding. As a 5 foot 2 woman I found this pack very long. The straps over your shoulders when pulled as tight as possible are still loose and don't allow a snug fit. The chest strap does up near your navel.

This is a great hydration pack. Very comfy. It fits well and has plenty of adjustments. It has two pockets which lets you stock in a reasonable amount of food, car keys, tool kit, spare tube, pump, etc. Great price and very well made.
